We kick the day off to a great start with God in our morning meeting, soon after breakfast. We sing some worship songs and one of the leaders gives a short talk based on a passage from the Bible.

At the end of the day we meet back together for an extended time of worship, fun and great Bible teaching. First off we have our exciting Pathfinder / Leader challenge, before getting down to more worship. We'll probably watch a video clip, read a bit of the Bible and then there's another short talk from one of the leaders. It's a really fun way to learn about Jesus and what it means to be a Christian.

Each year Kepplewray Venture has a theme, often linked to a topical film. Recent themes have been The Greatest Show, Superheroes, Despicable Me, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Kepplerace across the World, Kepplewray Kronicles and Who's Your King.

Kepplewray 2024..... wait and see!
But the message every year is the same - how can we each get to know Jesus better and grow our faith stronger day by day. During the day there will be opportunities for you to chat to leaders, ask us questions about our own faith, tell us what bits of the Christian life you might be struggling with. We're here to help, and would love to chat through any worries you have, or things that you find difficult. We've probably experienced similar things ourselves - no one's perfect, or has all the answers, but maybe we can offer some advice.

Finally, at the end of the day, each dorm has a short time to chat through stuff with your dorm leader and the others in your dorm. You read a bit of the Bible together, discuss what was said in the meetings, and have a chance to ask questions about anything you don't understand or which might be bothering you. The leaders may not have all the answers but we are all there to help you along in your walk with Jesus, no matter whether you consider yourself to be a Christian or not.
